By using bridgecareeracademy.org (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to comply with the school's stated policies posted on the Site, including our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. About the school and its status
Bridge Career Academy LLC is a Montana limited liability company (Montana Secretary of State filing no. C1641084). Bridge Career Academy is a new Montana career school preparing to open. We are not currently enrolling students. We'll update the Site as that changes.
2. Information on the Site
Site content is for general information only. Information on the Site, including tuition rates, schedules, and program details, is subject to change without prior notice. Program details are not final. When available, program details, admissions requirements, tuition, and policies will be governed by the Bridge Career Academy catalog.
3. Changes to programs and policies
The school reserves the right to modify its programs or policies as needed.
4. No promises of outcomes
Bridge doesn't promise employment, earnings, exam results, or eligibility for any funding program.
5. The interest list is not admission
Joining the interest list doesn't admit you to a program, reserve a seat, or create any payment obligation.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Bridge Career Academy LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies govern your use of them.
9. Accessibility
We want the Site to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. It works with a keyboard and screen readers. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
